Former Trump White House legal counselor Eric Herschmann is claiming that a written by hand note with respect to a possible assertion.
For then-President Donald Trump to deliver during the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol was composed by him during a gathering at the White House that evening,
and not by White House helper Cassidy Hutchinson, sources familiar with the matter tell News.
Jan. 6 board hearing, Rep. Liz Cheney showed a transcribed note which Hutchinson affirmed she wrote after Trump head of staff Mark Meadows gave her a note card and pen to take his correspondence.
Sources familiar with the matter said that Herschmann had recently let the committee that he had written the note.
The handwritten note that Cassidy Hutchinson testified was written by her was as a matter of fact written by Eric Herschmann on January 6, 2021, a representative for Herschmann told News Tuesday night
All sources with direct information and policing and law enforcement that it was written by Mr. Herschmann, the representative said.
At Tuesday's hearing, Hutchinson, testifying about the note, said, That is a note that I wrote at the direction of the head of staff on Jan. 6, likely around 3 o'clock.
Furthermore, it's written on the head of staff note card, yet that is your handwritting, Ms. Hutchinson? Rep. Cheney asked.
